For 25 years the fight to achieve their goals are slowly coming into reality. Their struggles had not been put to waste. Many marginalized communities had been beneficiaries of their efforts. They have teamed up with different agencies - government and non-government alike - with the same vision and passion for service. And they have also twined and worked in partnership with fellow Lions of various clubs for the greater good of their projects and the pride of committing to their motto of “We Serve”. Today, as they mark the 25th year of the service of the Manila Allied Lions Club of District 301-A1, we pay tribute to the landmarks they made in our history… we salute the men and women who can be considered heroes of our times… and we look forward to greater services that only they can deliver.e solidarity they have shown with these groups is all part of the essence of Lionism – brotherhood in service for a cause greater than their own.
