President Pdir Geary L. Barias and immediate past President Lion Anton Wong Lim watch as the president of the Taipeh Hua Chiang Lions Club giving rice and goodies for a family in this village for the blind in mansilingan, bacolod city, a village founded and maintained by our sister club the occidental negros (host) lions club.

Now whenever the occ. Neg lions celebrate their anniversary the sisters clubs and visiting lions from everywhere joined them in serving our less fortunate brothers, the blinds of negros occidental. This is also the reason no begging blinds can be seen in the streets of bacolod and the rest of negros occidental.
